How fast can you arrive for an appointment?
We typically arrive within 60–90 minutes depending on your location and nurse availability.
DFW traffic varies, but we always provide
✔ Real-time ETA updates
✔ Text confirmation when your nurse is en route
For same-day urgent bookings (hangovers, migraines, flu), we prioritize the closest available nurse.
Do I need a doctor’s approval before getting an IV drip?
No separate appointment is needed.
All treatments include a telehealth medical clearance from our Texas-licensed provider.
This ensures safe and appropriate treatment before your nurse arrives.
Who administers the IV and injections?
All IV drips and vitamin injections are administered only by experienced Texas-licensed Registered Nurses or Paramedics with strong backgrounds in:
• ER & ICU care
• Emergency response
• Infusion therapy
Every nurse follows Texas Board of Nursing scope of practice and the medical director’s protocols.
How does mobile IV therapy work?
1. Book your service online or by text.
2. Complete a brief medical questionnaire.
3. Our provider reviews your info for clearance.
4. A nurse arrives at your home, hotel, office, event, or job site.
5. Your infusion is started and monitored throughout the treatment.
You relax — we handle the rest.
What types of locations do you come to?
We provide mobile IV therapy anywhere it is safe and private, including:

Travel fees depend on distance from central DFW.
Most clients fall within a $25–$45 travel fee, which covers nursing dispatch, supplies, and transportation.
Long-distance travel (far North Denton County, Midlothian, Rockwall, Forney, etc.) may include a slightly higher fee.
What should I do before my appointment?
To prepare for an easy IV experience:
• Drink a glass of water beforehand
• Have a comfortable chair available

No fasting or special prep is required.

• Distraction/comfort techniques
• Topical numbing if needed
Most clients report that the IV starting process is far easier than expected.
Can I get treated if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some treatments are safe, but others require provider clearance.
Hydration + basic vitamins are typically allowed, but certain medications (anti-nausea, pain meds, glutathione) may be restricted.
We always follow OB-safe protocols.
If you’re unsure — we’ll guide you to options that are safe for you and baby.
Can I work, drive, or resume normal activities afterward?
There is no downtime after most infusions or injections.
Many clients return to work immediately or continue their day normally.
